Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders of $100 or more are shipped free of charge. Orders less than $100 are charged a flat rate fee which varies by location.
We use a variety of shipping methods depending on your location, the item’s weight, and dimensions. We always try to use the most efficient method available to us at the time of fulfillment that best serves your address or requirements. We use and trust carriers such as UPS, USPS and Fedex. For all shipping methods, tracking numbers are provided via order shipment email notifications.
We take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is in the hands of the shipper, it is your responsibility to investigate lost or stolen orders.
Please allow a maximum of 4-7 working days for delivery.
Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed the following working day.
All orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday, except holidays.
The delivery times provided are an estimate only. While The Baby Gift Box will make every effort to ensure delivery is completed within the time frame, factors such as holidays, peak delivery times and weather related issues may not always allow this to be possible.
If we expect your order to arrive outside of the regular period, you will be notified by email.
DUTY & TAXES - for international packages
If applicable, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Sadly, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional cost before your purchase, as customs policies and duties greatly vary between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on additional charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
